Kedarnath
One of the twelve Jyotirlingas and a Char Dham shrine beneath snow peaks.
About Kedarnath
The Kedarnath temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, stands at about 3,583 m beneath the Kedarnath peak. Pilgrims trek about 16 km from Gaurikund, or travel by pony, palki or helicopter where available.
The temple opens around Akshaya Tritiya (April–May) and closes around Bhai Dooj after Diwali. Registration is required for the Char Dham Yatra and we help you complete it.
