About Auli

Auli is India's best-known skiing destination, with slopes above Joshimath and views of Nanda Devi, Dronagiri and Kamet. In summer the snow gives way to meadows and treks to Gorson Bugyal.

The Auli ropeway has been affected by closures in recent years; we check its status before your trip.
