About Hemkund Sahib

Gurudwara Hemkund Sahib stands beside a lake ringed by seven peaks. Pilgrims trek about 6 km uphill from Ghangaria after reaching it from Govindghat.

It opens around late May and closes in October. We plan the trip with time to acclimatise.
